Sweden’s biggest island is to many a summer paradise, regardless if you are staying in the cultural heritage city Visby, or continuing your way on the island. Braathens Regional Airlines (BRA) is back in Norway and this summer is launching a direct route from Oslo Gardermoen to Visby. Experience Visby & Gotland by Braathens Regional Airlines (BRA).

The new route will be operated twice a week, with the first departure from Oslo Gardermoen on Thursday 6 July.

Move 900 years back in time among knights and markets during medieval week, or perhaps a visit to Pippi Longstocking at Astrid Lindgren’s World or the karst caves of Lummelunda. Visby is filled with culture and history all year round.

Visby, located on Sweden’s largest island Gotland, has something for everyone, whether you are interested in history, nature, culture, good food or just want to relax on the beach. The city attracts tourists from all over the world due to its fascinating history and stunning scenery, as well as culinary restaurants and beautiful beaches. Visby is a medieval town and has been on the UN World Heritage List since 1995.
